About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, customer communication, digital marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify potential leads through social media, online platforms, and other channels.
Connect with prospective students/customers through calls, WhatsApp, messages, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our programs and services.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong communication with potential customers.
Assist in promoting CareerBanao’s courses, programs, and services.
Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and online campaigns.
Maintain and update lead/customer databases and daily activity reports.
Work towards assigned targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.




Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.

Requirements
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with new people.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or digital marketing.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
