n About the Role nWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative who is confident speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and converting sales opportunities into paying clients .

nThis role is ideal for someone with experience handling B2C sales calls for US or Canadian customers , preferably within the home services industry . We are not simply looking for someone who can make a high volume of cold calls — we need someone who can build rapport, identify customer needs, overcome objections, follow up, and close the sale .

n Key Responsibilities n

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers in the US and Canada.
n
Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate home service.
n
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings.
n
Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
n
Identify buying signals and confidently ask for the sale.
n
Handle objections related to pricing, service, timing, and competition.
n
Follow up with leads who have not yet converted.
n
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
n
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
n




Provide a qualified and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
n
Work independently during the assigned night shift while maintaining consistent productivity.

What We’re Looking For nn
B2C sales experience is required.
n
Experience handling US or Canadian customers is strongly preferred.
n
Previous night shift experience is a MUST, particularly experience working with North American clients.
n
Experience in the home services industry (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, pest control, moving, repairs, etc.) is an advantage.
n
Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
n
Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right service.
n
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
n
Proven ability to convert leads into sales , not just make calls.
n
Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently closing customers.
n
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
n
Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to track activities, maintain accurate data.
n

nnn Salary Range: INR 60-80k/month
