We are seeking a highly skilled Textiles Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive growth for our textiles business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile sales and marketing, a passion for delivering results, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies specifically for the textiles business that drive growth and increase market share.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by designing strong customer relationship strategies.
Manage a team of textiles sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity in the textiles industry, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and manage budgets for textile sales and marketing activities, ensuring that resources are used effectively.
Create and deliver effective sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.




Attend industry events and trade shows related to the textiles industry to promote our products and build relationships with customers and partners.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our textile product offerings meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on textiles.
At least 5 years of experience in textiles sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Equally proficient in independent tasks and team-based projects.
Able to handle demanding situations and meet project deadlines with confidence.
