Ensure effective teaching, learning and syllabus completion.
Develop and implement academic plans, policies and school programs.
Monitor students’ academic performance, discipline and overall development.
Conduct staff meetings, teacher evaluations and career development programs.
Manage examinations, admissions, events and co-curricular activities.
Maintain communication with parents, staff and school management.
Ensure a protected, disciplined and positive learning setting.
Represent the school in official meetings and educational activities.
