Responsiblities
Proto Sourcing.
Manage automotive component supplier relationships for on-time delivery.
Monitor supplier performance using OTD, PPM, quality compliance and lead time.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics and Procurement to resolve supplier issues.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and corrective actions.
Supplier negotiations using cost models, market benchmarks and commodity trends for cost reduction.
Analyze supplier data and KPI reports using Excel/SAP.
Basic SAP NACOS (PP & MM), SAP PIT-PAX, MS Office and communication.
German knowledge added advantage.
