Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on development experience and strong exposure to Agentforce / Salesforce AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, integrations, APIs, and Salesforce development best practices, along with practical experience building, configuring, testing, and deploying Agentforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Flow.
Build and configure Agentforce agents, actions, subagents/topics, prompts, and AI-driven workflows.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce business processes and custom Apex/Flow actions.
Work with Agentforce Builder, Agent Script, Agentforce DX, Prompt Builder, and related Salesforce AI capabilities.
Develop custom Agentforce actions using Apex, Flow, APIs, and other Salesforce capabilities.
Build Lightning Web Components and integrate them with Apex services.




Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Salesforce with external systems.
Implement Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and field-level security.
Write high-quality, bulkified Apex code while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
Develop comprehensive unit tests and maintain required code coverage.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
Deploy changes using Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Admins, QA teams, and other developers.

Required Skills

Salesforce Development
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Solid knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Async Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Good understanding of Salesforce Flow / Flow Builder.
Experience with Salesforce security and sharing model.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and governor limits.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
