Position: Senior Manager – HR Operations Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Mumbai Department: Human Resources Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
Manage employee records, HRMS/HRIS, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with Finance/Payroll teams for monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, leave, and perks.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR MIS and reports covering headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll, joining, and exits.
Support implementation and improvement of HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
Manage employee separation, exit formalities,



and full & final settlement coordination.
Support employee engagement initiatives and employee grievance resolution.
Coordinate with senior management and internal stakeholders for HR operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
Positive working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS and MS Excel.
Solid communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
