Job Role: Solar Energy Technician
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants.
Inspect solar plant equipment and identify potential technical issues.
Address and resolve bill reading-related issues.
Provide effective service to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Assist with online monitoring of solar plants.
Support customer registration and related service activities.
Follow company SOPs while conducting Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
Identify and report technical faults or abnormalities during maintenance activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance and service tasks.
Maintain proper service records and documentation.
Strictly follow safety procedures and maintain zero safety violations.
