We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing recent business opportunities, recruiting and guiding advisors/agents, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate new business through customer acquisition and lead generation.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and business partners
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
