Job Overview

We are looking for an active and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day ground operations, manage labor teams, and ensure smooth execution of construction activities on-site in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed according to engineering drawings and safety standards.
Monitor on-site labor productivity, deployment, and daily progress.
Coordinate material movement, check daily usage,



and report requirements to the project manager.
Maintain quality control in office, specifically monitoring finishing and general structural work progress.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on site supervision experience in construction projects.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and on-ground problem-solving abilities.
Location: Based in or ready to work in Nagpur.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
