Key Responsibilities
Manage the procurement process for medical equipment, devices, and related products.
Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
Research and compare medical equipment specifications, product quality, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
Participate in vendor selection and evaluation to ensure the procurement of suitable and compliant products.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other commercial and contractual terms with suppliers.
Assist with national and international tender procedures related to medical equipment and healthcare products.
Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, product specifications, documentation, delivery timelines, and other procurement-related matters.
Ensure purchased products meet applicable regulatory, quality assurance,



and safety standards.
Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action in cases of delayed delivery, quality concerns, or other supply-related issues.
Maintain proper procurement records, supplier information, quotations, and relevant documentation.
Develop and maintain solid and professional relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of products and services.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely sourcing.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
