We deliver structured, classroom-based programs for working professionals making reliable career transitions — small batches, strong mentorship, real infrastructure exposure, and placement-backed outcomes. This is not a mass-market online course business. We are a premium, performance-focused institute.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Counsel and convert qualified inbound leads into paid admissions
Conduct structured career discussions — not script-based tele-calling
Handle objections on fees, timing, competition, and online alternatives
Maintain disciplined follow-up pipelines and CRM hygiene
Own monthly revenue targets and conversion ratios
Share structured feedback with marketing on lead quality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1–5 years in EdTech admissions or career counselling (mandatory)




Proven track record selling high-ticket programs (INR 50,000+ ticket size)
Strong objection handling and closing ability
Comfortable selling premium, classroom-based programs
Revenue ownership mindset with a target-driven approach
Stable job history and long-term orientation

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF YOU
Have only tele-calling experience without structured counselling
Need heavy daily micromanagement
Have switched jobs every 6–8 months
Are uncomfortable selling premium or high-ticket programs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
CTC: 4,00,000 – 7,00,000 per annum + performance incentives
Cell phone reimbursement
