Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Merchandiser to manage customer orders from development through final shipment. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of merchandising, production follow-up, customer communication, and order management, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and buyers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage orders from development to shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
Follow up on samples, fabrics, trims, and approvals.
Monitor production and delivery timelines.
Handle costing, order tracking, and shipment planning.
Resolve production and quality issues.
Ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.
Provide regular order updates to management.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in apparel/textile merchandising.
Robust knowledge of garment production and product development.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Buyer handling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
