Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end training and onboarding of salon professionals across the assigned cities.
Ensure consistent delivery of technical and soft-skill training as per company standards.
Coach, mentor and upskill city-level trainers to independently conduct high-quality training batches.
Set and maintain training SOPs, monitor batch quality and conduct regular audits.
Enable post-go-live handholding for salon specialists and address early-stage performance gaps.
Work closely with trainers, professionals and business teams to resolve capability and quality-related challenges.
Understand individual skill levels and learning needs to tailor coaching and training approaches.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in salon training delivery,



including in-salon and virtual training.
Experience in training and grooming trainers or mentors.
Solid technical expertise in core salon services such as waxing, threading, facials, manicure & pedicure and basic hair services.
Prior experience managing and developing a team of trainers.
Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
Ability to manage multiple cities, training batches and stakeholders in a rapid-paced environment.
Comfortable working with data, audits and performance metrics.
