Purchase Executive – Procurement & Vendor Management | Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for our home furnishing business. The candidate should have experience in purchasing, vendor handling, and inventory coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Purchasing
Handle purchase orders and procurement activities
Source materials such as fabrics, accessories, and furnishing products
Ensure timely availability of materials as per requirements

Vendor Management
Identify and develop current vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
Maintain solid relationships with existing vendors

Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with the store and production teams for stock requirements




Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock when required
Maintain records of purchases and stock movement

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
Update data in Excel or ERP systems
Prepare basic purchase and vendor reports

Skills & Requirements
1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchase roles
Knowledge of vendor management and sourcing
Basic understanding of inventory management
Good negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in home furnishing, textile, or furniture industry
Candidates with strong vendor coordination skills will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
