Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain services/platforms to customer and answer their queries.
Understand customer requirements and schedule service demonstration & follow-ups.
Update CRM and sales funnel reports on regular basis.
Maintain daily call logs and report on targets and outcomes.
Extract data from various sales intelligence tools like Lusa and SalesQL.
Connect prospective users through Linkedin and schedule meetings for sales team.





Requirements
Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication skills, especially positive command of English and Hindi language (Bangali language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with AI platforms (Chatbots) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s degree (graduate).

Experience Required : 1–4 years Industry : AI / Fintech / BFSI/ SaaS
