Job Title: Vendor Manager Department

Vendor Relations Position: Full Time

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi Experience: 4–7 Years
Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall vendor management function, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring across all vendors.
Manage vendor contracts, renewals, commercial negotiations, and ensure timely execution of agreements, SLAs, indemnity clauses, and KYC documentation.
Develop and implement vendor evaluation frameworks to assess quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and service delivery.
Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLA adherence, audit reports, feedback, and corrective action plans.
Resolve critical vendor and club escalations while maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance across vendor engagements.



Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other departments.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and vendor consolidation.Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor performance dashboards and reports.
Lead vendor review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Support recent club launches and expansion projects.
Mentor and guide the Vendor Relations team.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
