Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, vendor management, or business development.
Solid experience with marketplace platforms and onboarding vendors onto platforms.
Proven experience in building and managing partnerships to acquire and onboard vendors.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience working with marketplace platforms, staffing platforms, or SaaS-based services.
Robust ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
Ability to make high-volume outbound calls on a regular basis and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Preferred (Positive to Have)
Experience with recruitment platforms or marketplace subscription models.
Prior leadership or team management experience.
Data-driven mindset with experience in sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
