What is the work?
Actively participate as a solution provider by understanding client business requirements and proposing appropriate full-stack architectures and implementation approaches.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and backend teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Address complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and production issues proactively.
Own application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Support effort estimations, technical proposals, solution documents, and change requests.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across frontend and backend development.

What skills and experience are we looking for?
Core Technical Skills (MEAN / MERN)
Solid hands-on developer experience with JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack.
Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (MERN).




Robust experience with Node.js for building scalable backend services and APIs.
Experience with state management, component-based architecture, and contemporary frontend frameworks.
Experience designing and proposing end-to-end solutions based on client requirements.
Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
Proven experience in service-based environments handling multiple client engagements.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
Experience supporting presales activities and technical discussions with prospective clients.
Prior experience working on enterprise or multi-tenant applications.
