Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is analytical, up to date with search engine algorithm changes, and comfortable working across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Execute on-page SEO: meta tags, headers, internal linking, content optimization.
Plan and execute off-page SEO: backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions.
Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness, Core Web Vitals).
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings and prepare regular performance reports for clients.
Collaborate with content and design teams to align SEO strategy with content creation.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage local SEO for applicable clients (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews).
Identify and fix technical issues affecting site performance (broken links, duplicate content, crawl errors).
Present monthly SEO performance reports to clients/stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, AHREF or similar
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for technical SEO troubleshooting)
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into action
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Valuable to Have
Google Analytics / Google Ads certification
Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO
Basic understanding of SEM/PPC for integrated strategy
Experience with reporting tools (Google Data Studio/Looker Studio)
