Lead annual budgeting and business planning exercises in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare periodic financial forecasts based on business performance, actualization trends, and market developments.
Monitor budget utilization and track key business and financial performance indicators.
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports covering AUM, disbursements, profitability, expenses, branch performance, and channel-wise performance.
Identify business improvement prospects and drive implementation through regular stakeholder reviews.
Develop presentations and analytical reports for Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, Management Reviews, and strategic discussions.
Perform competitor benchmarking, market analysis, and regulatory impact assessments.




Support the CFO in strategic initiatives, policy reviews, pricing strategy, and business planning projects.
Manage shareholder reporting requirements, including financial projections, strategic plans, and group-level reporting.
Ensure timely closure of ad hoc management requests, business analysis, and decision-support requirements.
Drive automation initiatives, enhance reporting frameworks, and maintain corporate scorecards and planning documentation.
Provide actionable insights to management by analyzing financial, operational, and business performance data.
