Daily Duties & Responsibilities
Influencer Outreach: Send DMs to barter influencers for collaboration through both official and assigned personal accounts.
Influencer Data Management: Check, update, organize, and maintain the raw data of barter influencers.
Video Editing: Edit and prepare videos received from barter influencers according to brand requirements.
Organic Content Creation: Shoot engaging organic content for the official Nidhii Skincare social media pages.
Instagram Stories: Post 2 daily stories featuring barter influencer content on the official Instagram page.
Content Research: Find relevant and high-performing reference videos for barter influencer collaborations.
Ad Transcription: Generate accurate transcripts from advertisement/reference videos.
Ad Script Enhancement: Add suitable visual hooks, scene references, and visual directions to ad scripts.
Influencer Follow-ups: Make follow-up calls and messages to collect pending content, information, and required data from barter influencers.
Equipment Coordination: Visit the Director's location whenever required to collect, submit, or coordinate microphones, mobile phones, memory cards, and other content-related equipment.
Daily Reporting:



Maintain proper updates of completed tasks, pending influencer content, follow-ups, and assigned social media work.

Performance Expectations
Consistent daily influencer outreach and follow-ups
Timely completion of assigned video editing and content tasks
Regular updating of influencer data
Minimum 2 barter influencer stories per day
Active contribution to organic content creation
Proper tracking of pending influencer deliverables
Timely coordination for content equipment and other assigned tasks

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
