Systems Engineer - Enterprise tool - Servicenow

Experience: 6 + Years

Location: Hyderabad/ Pune

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules and workflows.
Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Implement automation for Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes.
Design and customize forms, workflows, business rules, and service catalogs.
Support ServiceNow platform enhancements and upgrades.

Required Skills-
Solid scripting/automation ability (e.g., PowerShell, Shell, Python, or similar).
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration/middleware platforms.
Robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes Incident,



Change, and Problem Management.
Demonstrated operational ownership mindset, with willingness to use AI-assisted tools for scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Ability to learn and support multiple enterprise platforms beyond a single tool.
