Job Role: Welder / Fitter
Perform welding, fitting, fabrication, and basic metalwork activities as per job requirements.
Read and understand basic measurements, drawings, and specifications.
Cut, assemble, align, and fit metal components accurately.
Operate welding machines, cutting tools, grinding machines, and other workshop equipment.
Inspect welded joints and finished components to ensure quality.
Perform grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work.
Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Complete assigned welding and fitting work within required timelines.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.
