Job Role: Service Engineer
Install and commission life science products and instruments at customer locations.
Perform commissioning activities and ensure proper functioning of installed equipment.
Prepare and maintain Qualification, IQ/OQ, and GMP documentation as per requirements.
Provide service and repair support for life science instruments and equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Generate revenue through spare parts sales and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
Perform instrument calibration and ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.
Provide customer training on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain robust and qualified customer relationships.
Provide timely technical support and assistance to customers.




Diagnose equipment issues and implement appropriate service solutions.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and records of customer visits and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, service requirements, and technical issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective technical support.
