Overview

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner (Individual Contributor) to drive recruitment for our Plant Manufacturing unit. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to enhance workforce planning and talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a solid pipeline for leadership and niche roles.
Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning.
Set realistic expectations on hiring timelines, compensation, and talent availability.

Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Design and implement hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure diverse, inclusive, and efficient recruitment processes.




Leverage data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping
Identify top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Conduct competitor talent analysis and salary benchmarking.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and headhunting.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Enhance employer brand visibility through recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills
MBA with 8–10 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Prior hiring experience within a manufacturing setting.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition, market research, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills to translate market insights into hiring strategies.
Expertise in ATS tools, recruitment software, and sourcing techniques.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
