Role Overview:

We're looking for passionate HR Recruiters with hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates using different job portals for different Non-IT roles. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment with ownership, with great learning opportunities while working with a quick-growing startup org.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing suitable candidates through job portals and professional networks
Screen candidates via calls and assess role fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate follow-ups and engagement
Work on multiple open roles and ensure timely closures

Requirements:
1–4 years of recruitment experience
Strong experience in job portal sourcing
Positive communication and screening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
