Job Responsibilities
Manage ELV service, maintenance and troubleshooting activities at project sites.
Supervise and coordinate service engineers, technicians and site teams.
Handle CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Networking and other ELV systems.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
Attend and resolve technical issues and service complaints within defined timelines.
Monitor AMC/CMC service activities and ensure timely completion.
Prepare service reports, maintenance reports and required documentation.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of ELV systems.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools and service requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety,



quality and company standards.
Support the project and management team in technical and operational matters.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication or related field.
4–7 years of experience in ELV service and maintenance.
Robust knowledge of ELV systems and troubleshooting.
Experience in team handling and client coordination.
Positive communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
