Job Summary

Responsible for preparing tenders, BOQs, detailed rate analysis, quantity estimation and project costing for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQ and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Conduct Rate Analysis for civil construction items using applicable SOR/DSR and market rates.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender quotations.
Study tender documents, drawings, specifications and contract conditions.
Collect and compare material, labour, machinery and subcontractor rates.
Prepare tender submissions and ensure timely submission.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Engineering and Project teams for costing inputs.




Prepare comparative statements and assist in finalizing competitive tender rates.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, estimates and rate analysis.
Support post-tender negotiations and cost clarification.

Qualification & Experience Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years in Estimation, Tendering and Rate Analysis in the Construction/Infrastructure industry.
