We are looking for a Logistics & Accounts Executive with robust experience in export documentation, shipment coordination, logistics operations, and basic accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and customers for export shipments.
Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle basic accounts activities, invoice verification, payment follow-up and logistics-related expenses.
Maintain proper records of export documents, shipments and accounts transactions.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, ERP and export procedures with robust communication and coordination skills.
