Position: Steward
Experience: Minimum 6 years in 5-star hotels/resorts
Responsibilities:
Handle kitchen stewarding operations.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, utensils and work areas.
Ensure proper washing, cleaning and sanitization of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
Manage waste segregation and disposal.
Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; teams.
Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
Supervise and guide junior stewarding staff.
Maintain daily cleaning schedules and checklists.
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and cleaning materials.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
