About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can produce engaging short-form content, UGC videos, social media reels, advertisements, and marketing videos for our clients and brand.

Key Responsibilities
Edit UGC videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
Create high-converting video content for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and visual elements.
Edit videos according to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
Work closely with the creative, marketing, and performance marketing teams.
Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, pacing, and storytelling.
Stay updated with current social media video trends, editing styles, and UGC formats.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
Strong experience in UGC video editing and short-form content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe All Apps, especially:

Adobe Premiere Pro





Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Audition
Good working knowledge of CapCut.
Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven video content.
Robust sense of timing, storytelling, typography, transitions, and visual composition.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Skills
Experience editing Meta Ads and performance marketing creatives.
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
Experience with UGC creators, talking-head videos, product videos, and testimonial content.
Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and CTA placement in short-form videos.
