Responsibilities
Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
Maintain qualified, courteous communication with customers
Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
