Efficiently plan interior spaces to optimize user experience and adhere to building codes.
Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to create detailed drawings, renderings, and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.
Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure clear communication throughout all project phases.
Present design concepts to clients, address their feedback, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Assist in developing project budgets and adhering to established timelines.
Create comprehensive construction drawings that detail interior elements, joinery, lighting, and other architectural features.




Conduct occasional site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation adheres to specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Architecture with strong proficiency in Vectorworks.
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for 2D & 3D design development.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills for managing project timelines and budgets.
