We are looking for a result-oriented Collection Associate .The candidate will be responsible for handling customer repayment follow-ups on pre-due, due, and overdue accounts, while ensuring timely collections and achievement of collection targets.
Required Candidate profile
Experience - Min 6 months in collections, or recovery process.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet collection targets.
Graduation preferred
