Technical Specialist-Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility Required Skills 5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or QA.

Experience working with Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce AI solutions. Robust understanding of Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, and AI-enabled business processes. Hands-on experience creating business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.

Experience testing AI applications, including identifying hallucinations, prompt failures, and inconsistent AI responses. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), grounding, prompt engineering concepts, and AI guardrails.

Experience with AI observability and monitoring, including response quality, latency, token consumption, user feedback, and AI performance metrics.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test and defect management tools. Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
