Consultant / AM - UAT (Financial Reporting) - - Gurgaon / Chennai

Responsibilities:
Lead UAT for Financial Reporting projects and changes.
Prepare UAT plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and schedules.
Coordinate testing with Finance, Reporting, Data, Change, and Technology teams.
Manage test execution, defects, issue tracking, and business sign-off.
Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Ensure proper data validation, reconciliation, controls, and governance.
Provide regular testing updates to stakeholders and manage delivery.

Key Requirements:
Solid experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing in Financial Services.
Experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change.
Valuable knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and business validation.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, governance, and delivery skills.
Experience working in complex and regulated financial environments
