Job Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems, databases, and Excel files.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Handle data entry from documents, forms, emails, and other sources.
Maintain proper records and ensure all information is updated within the defined timelines.
Identify and report data discrepancies or missing information.
Perform basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever clarification is required.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Complete daily assigned data-entry targets within the required timelines.





Required Skills
Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM.
Valuable accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Positive understanding of data entry and documentation processes.
Ability to work with large volumes of data.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized institution.
