Responsibilities:
Hand on Experience in Plant Equipment Mechanical Maintenance
Monitoring and recording the shift performance
Shift Reporting & Management
Day to activities and complexities, manpower allocation, Coordination.
Experience in Adhesives / Chemical manufacturing plant maintenance
Soft Skill: Maintenance performance Parameter, MS Office, communication
Maintenance System: ISO, 5S, Kaizen, Improvement, Safety.
Each Engineer responsible for each plant activities - HAT and PM
Ready to do by hand work
