Role: Shift In-Charge

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Roles & Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day production activities during the shift.
Handle and supervise production team/manpower.
Ensure production as per SOP, GMP and safety standards.
Maintain production-related documents and records.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance and other departments.
Monitor production quality, output and process activities.
Handle production issues, deviations and breakdowns.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOP, GMP and safety standards.
Maintain and review BMR, BPR, BCR, logbooks and production records.
Ensure proper housekeeping and equipment compliance.
Train and guide production operators.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Pharma / Chemical Manufacturing.
Valuable knowledge of GMP, SOP, BMR/BPR and production documentation.
Experience in shift handling and team management.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to deviation, CAPA and validation will be an advantage.
