Role & responsibilities
Hands-on maintenance: 810 years of crane maintenance experience in the electrical stream.
Electrical Knowledge : Skilled in electrical related issues like wiring trouble shooting, Current collector settings and repl
Mechanical knowledge: Skilled in brake settings, wire rope and guide replacement, and mechanical adjustments.
Team leadership: Supervise a team of 10 members, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Height work: Capable of working at maximum heights up to 35 meters.
Preventive maintenance: Plan and execute PM activities to minimize breakdowns.
Breakdown handling: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical/mechanical failures promptly.
VFD programming: Expertise in Yaskawa & ABB VFD programming.
Safety compliance: Ensure adherence to crane safety norms, sensor connections, alarm systems, and limit switches.
Spare parts management:



Identify required spares and inform for arrangement
Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, PM schedules, breakdown reports, and compliance.
Customer communication: Provide explicit updates and maintain qualified interaction with customers.
Flexibility: Willingness to stay extra hours during breakdowns or PM activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Solid mechanical knowledge of cranes.
Proven supervisory and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
Experience with double girder cranes maximum 35ton capacity.
Medically fit: No issues related to height phobia or blood pressure.
