Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team involved in Demat and Trading Account Opening.
Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and target achievement.
Ensure smooth processing of Demat account opening, activation, and related documentation.
Guide team members on KYC, CKYC, account opening procedures, and compliance requirements.
Handle escalations and resolve operational or customer-related issues.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Track MIS, productivity reports, pending cases, and turnaround time.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and other departments for smooth account processing.
Identify process gaps and implement measures to improve team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in the Broking,



Financial Services, or Capital Markets industry.
Mandatory experience in Demat and Trading Account Opening processes.
Proven experience in team handling or team management.
Robust knowledge of KYC, account opening documentation, and compliance processes.
Positive understanding of equity, trading, broking, and financial products.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage targets, productivity, and team performance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting is preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Stock Broking firms, Wealth Management companies, Financial Institutions, or Capital Market Operations will be preferred.
