Locatin: Kala Ghoda, Mumbai The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing team. The role requires robust leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for fashion, particularly in ethnic wear.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Performance
Drive store sales to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rate, average bill value, and units per transaction.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Analyze sales trends and prepare periodic performance reports.

Customer Experience
Deliver a premium shopping experience aligned with the brand's standards.
Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service.




Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Promote customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business.

Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and motivate store staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Foster a positive, customer-focused, and high-performance work setting.

Store Operations
Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Oversee cash handling, billing, banking, and POS operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
