Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise the revenue cycle management team to achieve operational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless revenue cycle processes.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle management.

Job Requirements




Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with revenue cycle management software and systems.
