Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management.
Strong functional expertise in UKG Workforce Management business processes.
Proven experience in enterprise production support / AMS engagements.
Hands-on experience in UKG configuration and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Payroll-related processes.
Experience handling P1/P2 and other business-critical production incidents.
Positive understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management.
Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid stakeholder and customer management capabilities.

Preferred Skills
UKG certification(s).
Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management / UKG Dimensions.
Experience with UKG Workforce Central.
Experience supporting global or large-scale UKG settings.
ITIL certification.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
