Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of relevant UKG/Kronos technical experience.
Strong experience with UKG Workforce Management technical components.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise integrations.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, and file-based integrations.
Experience troubleshooting complex production and integration issues.
Experience supporting payroll-critical integrations.
Solid understanding of enterprise application integration concepts.
Experience in L2/L3 production support and AMS environments.
Experience handling P1/P2 incidents and performing Root Cause Analysis.
Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management processes.




Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
UKG technical certification(s).
Strong UKG Pro Workforce Management / UKG Dimensions experience.
UKG Workforce Central experience.
Experience with middleware/integration platforms.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
ITIL certification.
Experience with monitoring and automation tools.
Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices.
Experience supporting large-scale/global UKG environments.
