Own the complete P&L; of the hospital, driving revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, cash flow and budgetary performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead end-to-end hospital operations, ensuring optimal utilization of beds, OT, diagnostics, manpower, equipment and other resources.
Drive business growth through consultant engagement, referral development, corporate business, patient acquisition and service-line expansion.
Monitor and improve key revenue and operational KPIs including OPD/IPD volumes, occupancy, ARPOB, ALOS, OT utilization, realization, collections and EBITDA.
Ensure billing accuracy, revenue assurance and leakage control across all clinical and non-clinical processes.
Drive cost optimization across manpower, materials, consumables, vendors, services and facility management without compromising quality or patient care.
Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, performance and profitability targets.
Maintain solid relationships with consultants, referral doctors, corporate clients, patients,



vendors and key stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to quality, clinical, administrative, statutory and regulatory requirements, including timely renewals and certifications.
Monitor patient experience, doctor satisfaction and operational gaps; implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality and business performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reviews and performance improvement initiatives, providing strategic inputs to management.
Oversee hospital infrastructure, projects, contracts, vendors, security, housekeeping, logistics, waste management and maintenance for optimum operational efficiency.
