About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Human Resource - Recruiter with 4 years of experience in recruitment (key task) in SEO, Sales & marketing, employee relations and to run basic HR operations. Candidates having worked in ECommerce, Fashion & Apparel vertical will be preferred. This position is based in Noida, Sector 62, and is an immediate hire to join an innovative team.
IMMEDIATE HIRE (A MUST)
Candidate must have positive COMMUNICATION skill (Must have)
Salary: Rs 6.12 L (CTC) to Rs 7.56L (CTC) per year, plus ESOP & Incentive for a successful hire. Increment (Base) every 6 months based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Focued hiring in SEO,



Sales & Marketing in Fashion, Apparel, ECommerce verticals.
Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives (basic).
Foster a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee queries and ensure compliance with HR regulations (basic).
