Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to generate new business opportunities, communicate with prospective clients, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust client relationships over the phone and through meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities.
Generate, follow up, and qualify leads through calls, message, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – Spoken & Written.
Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing/persuasion skills.




Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of Business Development and Sales Strategy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
