Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in insurance sales, team handling, lead management, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
Drive insurance sales and business development activities.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve targets.
Train and support team members to improve performance.
Monitor daily team activities and maintain performance reports.
Ensure proper customer handling and follow-up.
Coordinate with management regarding team performance and targets.
Maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure the team follows company policies and sales processes.

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector preferred.




Previous experience in team handling or sales leadership will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Candidates with experience in insurance sales, agency, bancassurance, or related financial services are preferred.
